Our book chapter titled “Nanotechnology Applications in the Food Industry” has been published!

I’m excited to share that our book chapter, “Nanotechnology Applications in the Food Industry”, has just been published in the new volume “Future Foods: New and Sustainable Approaches and Technologies”, edited by Prof. Dr. Yeşim Elmacı and released by Türkiye Klinikleri. This chapter explores the applications of nanotechnology in food processing and packaging systems within the food industry, highlighting its role in enhancing food quality, safety, sustainability and nutritional value. A heartfelt thank you to Elif Erez for her invaluable contribution, and to Prof. Dr. Yeşim Elmacı for her guidance and vision throughout the process.
